Mount Pleasant Full Home Renovation - Toronto

A 5,000 sq. ft., five-bedroom full home renovation in Mount Pleasant, Toronto, completed in 2025 over six months. Homewrap managed design, permit applications and construction in-house.

The work included a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, basement underpinning, structural changes for a new layout, and exterior upgrades with new siding and windows. The project transformed an older home while retaining its established midtown Toronto location.
