About Us
It started as a fun side project after going to a Hakka restaurant with my friend, Tara, the Saucy Goddess (how fitting that Zsolt Sauce was born from this moment!). They had a bowl of vinegar with hot peppers chopped up in it as a condiment on the table. I loved the idea of a sauce that had no sugar and that you could just splash onto food, so I made some of my own milder version to share with friends at a regional Burning Man party, called Hyperborea.Â
